The Sous Vide method is executed through placing ingredients in a sealed package and cooking them at a precise temperature for an extended period (from 20 minutes to 72 hours). This technique prevents food from losing its nutritional value. The final product preserves the tenderness and juiciness, due to the adjustable temperature setting, which can be modified for different recipes. The body of the equipment and a 22 l cooker are made of stainless steel. Powerful heating elements provide static heating and allow you to maintain the temperature range of 30 to 99 °C.
