Made in Japan, Global’s carving set offers a lightweight feel, excellent balance, and super-sharp performance, combined with a distinctive look for carving and serving meats at the table. The classic carving knife, long and narrow, ensures all your cuts of meat are thin and tender. The carving fork with the sharp prongs holds the joint in place whilst you carve, while the rigid structure allows you to control how you carve so that you have the perfect Sunday roast.

 

The knife blade is stamped from exceptionally hard Cromova 18 high-carbon stainless steel, ice-tempered and hardened to resist corrosion.
